Slotted slitting blade manufactured from solid tungsten carbide (WC-Co) composition. This sintered material containing 94% tungsten carbide and 6% cobalt binder achieves HRA 92-94 (HRC 75+ equivalent) hardness. Monolithic structure produced via powder metallurgy provides integrity without welding or brazing. Slotted central slot enables secure machine mounting. Used for cutting ultra-abrasive materials that steel blades cannot cut.
